RS recorded a Growth of industrial Production

5a30bdc4d542386b0ff64ddfccc39262Industrial production in Republika Srpska is 14.3 percent higher in September this year than it was in September last year, stated the Director of the Institute for Statistics of the RS Radmila Čičković.

Čičković told the press that the growth in the field of production and supply with electrical energy and gas amounts to 43 percent in relation to the comparative period.

According to the economic purpose of products, production of energy increased by 36.6 percent in September this year in comparison with September last year and the production of capital products increased by 18 percent.

De-seasoned industrial production in September is 1.6 percent higher than in August.

Total number of workers in industry increased by 1.4 percent in September in comparison with the same month last year, while the number of employees in the period from January to September this year is larger by 0.8 percent in comparison with the same period last year.
