RS to hold a Referendum if it does not return the Jurisdictions?

milorad dodikThe new/old president of SNSD, Milorad Dodik, said yesterday at the end of the fifth congress of this party that RS will hold a referendum on independence in 2018 if RS does not restore the jurisdictions prescribed by the Dayton Peace Agreement and the Constitution of BiH.

“We are not questioning the jurisdictions defined by the Constitution of BiH, we are arguing just what is not mentioned in the Constitution of BiH, and what was imposed by the force of the high representatives such as the Court of BiH, Prosecution of BiH and the presence of foreigners in the Constitutional Court of BiH. This country has to become a Dayton country“, said Dodik.

SNSD has unanimously adopted the declaration on the independent and free RS. Dodik emphasized that the declaration shows that RS wants to build its own status within BiH.

“We will not allow the strengthening of the centralization at the expense of RS. Our political goal is clear: Strong and independent RS“, said Dodik.

He also explained that Igor Radojicic is one of the most important figures in SNSD and that there is no any conflict between them. Thus, Radojicic has again been chosen for the member of the Main board of SNSD. Dodi said that Radojicic voted for all decisions and that it represents the answer to the question if he had certain critics on the work and personnel policy of SNSD.
