Russian Cossacks to come in Banja Luka again?

kozaciPerformance of “Russian Cossacks” will be the first event in celebration of April 22 – Day of the City of Banja Luka.

On the occasion of 70 years of victory over fascism and the Day of the City of Banja Luka, on April 1st , dance ensemble “Russian Cossacks” will perform in the Sports center “Borik”.

Performance of “Russian Cossacks” will be the first event in celebration of April 22nd  – Day of the City of Banja Luka.

Organizer of the event are the Association “Serbian-Russian ties” from Sremski Karlovci in cooperation with the Banja Luka Cultural Centre ‘’Bans court’’, under the auspices of the City of Banja Luka.

The ensemble “Russian Cossacks” is the holder of the Cossack’s cultural heritage, the keeper and carrier of rich spiritual, musical and dancing tradition of Cossacks and Cossack’s heritage of many regions of Russia, from the River Don to Siberia, according to organizers.

The concert of Russian ensemble in Banja Luka is scheduled for 20:00h.

As a reminder, “Russian Cossacks” visited Banja Luka in October last year, as part of the event celebrating 100 years from the beginning of the First World War.
