The citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina – Bosniaks, Serbs, Croats and others – are strong and self-reliant people who have gone through difficult trials and are therefore capable of defending themselves as well as negotiating. Without fake “high representatives”, without offensive external tutelage of numerous “special representatives”, is the comment of the Russian Embassy on the interview of the American ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Michael Murphy, about the situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
“Mr. Ambassador speaks eloquently about respecting the sovereignty of Bosnia and Herzegovina and immediately declares without hesitation that the United States “will not hand over Bosnia and Herzegovina to Russia”.
From this Embassy, they point to “the discrepancy between Washington’s words and actions.”
“The whole world saw how he recently “defended” Afghanistan, and earlier – Iraq, Libya, Yugoslavia. Now the United States is actively “defending” Europe, slowly but surely, we would say refined, bringing it to a state not only political, but also economic weaknesses. All this only confirms that the USA, whose foundation is split in half, and the cracks are deepening, does not organically accept states with real sovereignty, capable of standing up for themselves. This is precisely the meaning of the proxy war against Russia, which he organized “based on the rules” of domination and segregation and therefore doomed to decline “the Western world”, the statement added.
The Embassy says that Russia has its own national interests that it defends.
“But unlike Western countries, trained in hypocritical rhetoric, we prefer an open and friendly dialogue with our partners in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Our way of conducting talks foresees a calm, clear presentation of arguments, as well as a sober, objective consideration of the answers. In general, we note exactly such an approach. Unfortunately, sometimes in response we hear hysterical, incoherent cries of demagogues. May God judge them,” the statement of the Russian Embassy emphasizes.
