Ministers Raif Raif Seferović and Mirko Trifunović with Italian businessman Samir Ridžal, originally from BiH, visited Žepče municipality last week where they spoke with the Mayor Mate Zovko and his associates.

The topic of the meeting was the millions that would be invested by Samir Ridžal in the industrial zone in Žepče. The investment would be worth around 15 million KM and would employ around 200 people in the next two years. Further action in the process was agreed upon in building production facilities for metal structures and parts.

Entrepreneur Ridžan expressed his wish to invest half a million KM in the metallurgical institute “Kemal Kapetanović” in Zenica to modernize the halls for machines in order to produce special parts for the European market. According to Minister Seferović, this part of the investment would be realized with the adoption of a law on public-private partnership Zenica-Doboj Canton. The adoption is in the final stages, according to the press office of the Canton.
