After a successful business year in 2013, Sarajevo Airport reports positive results in 2014 as well. Traffic increase was recorded in January, announced on the official site of the Sarajevo Airport.
The number of passengers and airline operations is 6 % more then in the same period last year, while the traffic growth is expected even in the upcoming months.
Specifically, the airline company “Germanwings” from 15 April 2014 will launch a direct line to connect Sarajevo with Berlin, and from June, the leading airline company for Scandinavian countries, SAS (Scandinavian Airlines System) will launch the Stockholm-Sarajevo line.
