Sarajevo International Airport had 68,243 passengers in November, which represents a significant drop compared to the previous month.
The main consequence of the drop in traffic is undoubtedly the shutdown of the Wizz Air base, but also the end of the season.
This is best evidenced by the data that in October the number of passengers was 110,580, and in August a record 217,253.
In 11 months of 2022, Sarajevo International Airport had 1.3 million passengers and performed 14,622 flight operations.
Although there are more than 20 days left until the end of the year, 2022 will undoubtedly be a record year for the Sarajevo International Airport.
