Marking of 25th anniversary of the excavation and putting the Tunnel D-B into operation will take place today at the location of the Memorial Complex of Tunnel D-B in the organization of the Memorial Fund.
The exhibition of the Tunnel of Hope “Salvation in War, a Memory in Peace” will be opened on that occasion, and an audio guide of the Memorial Complex of Tunnel D-B in German language will be also presented on this occasion . The opening of the second part of exhibition “They are the Tunnel” will take place as well.
Marking of the 25th anniversary of the Memorial Complex of Tunnel D-B will take place on the same day at the Memorial Center Kovaci. An international symposium with eminent lecturers from the world of architecture, civil engineering and museology will be held there as well.
The main topic of the symposium is “The Role of Design in the Process of Commemoration,” as announced from the Memorial Fund.
