Under the organization of the First high school the sports competitions of Sarajevo high schools, titled “Gimnazijada 2013” will be held.
The opening ceremony of the fifteenth Gimnazijada will take place today at 10:00, at the sports field, “Metalac” and the competition will last until 25th October, when the winners will be announced.
Nine Sarajevo high schools and the high school “Enver Pozerović” from Goražde will participate at the competition. They will compete in basketball, volleyball and table tennis.
This traditionally event started by establishment of a sports society “Pavle Goranin” in 1952.
This event was interrupted in the period from 1992 –1998 and restored in 1999, announced the First high school.
