Sarajevo Waves: New Luxurious Resort in the Capital of BiH

150213081.3_mnIn Sarajevo suburb Otes, construction of the luxury resort Sarajevo Waves, which should give a completely new look to this part of the city, has begun.

Investitures state that this is a residential-office complex that offers a life quality „in a beautiful natural environment“. It is consisted of five residential blocks, or 13 objects that offer pleasant, bright and airy apartments adopted to the function of housing.

“Apartments have big terrace with a beautiful view to the river Zeljeznica and Olympic mountains Igman and Bjelasnica, and unique natural resources surrounding the object“, said Bisera Becirevic, supervisor and project manager of Sarajevo Waves.

150213081.2_mnApartments will be constructed in the quadrature from 60 to 100 square meters together with terrace.

Apartment owners will have access to the spacious green roofs ideal for resting and relaxation, with an enviable view to the natural environment.

Parking lots will be provided for the future tenants in the basement, which will at the same time be under video surveillance“, emphasized Becirevic.

Investiture in this project is Compact Invest d.o.o, and the performer will be Butmir d.o.o.

The value of the investment is 50 million BAM, while the price of the investment for the first object together with the infrastructure and landscaping costs around 10 million BAM.

“Complex Sarajevo Waves is designed to with its modern architecture not encumber, but sure to define the entire micro area of the site where it is located, and to achieve its distinctive look. The selected materials of the facade are a combination of fully contemporary and innovative solutions, which together with its natural environment make a unique complex“, concluded Becirevic.
