Head of the Delegation of the European Union to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Johann Sattler, welcomed the adoption of the Law on Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorist Organizations.
“Good news! The Law on Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorist Organizations was adopted in the House of Peoples (Parliamentary Assembly of BiH)! A key milestone before the European Council in March,” Sattler wrote on the X platform.
He stressed that a number of key reforms remain, including the Law on Conflicts of Interest and the Law on Courts.
“It is important to keep the momentum!” Sattler said.
