The first match of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Cup final between Zrinjski and Velež started at 6 pm in Mostar, and the beginning was preceded by ugly scenes.
Before the referee’s first whistle, while the players were standing in the center, the Bosnia and Herzegovina national anthem was sung, which was greeted in a shameful manner by the home fans.
From the very beginning of the anthem until it was finished, an offensive song “roared” from the stands where the home fans were seated: “I swear by Bosnia, I swear by me, Croatia my homeland”. The chanting was so loud that the anthem could barely be heard from the loudspeakers.

At that moment, the broadcast director also emphasized the move of Kerim Memija, a Zrinjski player, who was the only player from this team who turned towards the BiH flag during the anthem.
