autoput_bihMayor of Novi Grad municipality Semir Efendić will provide a permit for the construction of the last section of LOT 2A on the Sarajevo bypass.

Municipality Novi Grad in July of this year completed the process of land expropriation on the Sarajevo bypass, which allows the connection of Sarajevo with Corridor 5C.

LOT 2A is a section consisting of a roundabout in Briješće, and which will together with the Stup loop represent the ‘lifeline’ of Sarajevo.

Efendić will give the permit to Filip Vujeva, the Director of ‘Ceste FBiH’ (FBiH Highways), the contractor of the project.

It is anticipated that the permit would be given at the location of the future roundabout, announced the municipality Novi Grad Press Office.
