Security Sector Reform Guideline book for women was presented today in Mostar and it was created for women who do not have formal education from the field of security.
The guideline book was presented by NGOs ‘Atlantska Inicijativa’, ‘Žene ženama’ and Centre for Democracy, Development and Rule of Law’ (DCAF) and it was made by Institute for Inclusive Safety and DCAF.
Maida Ćehajić from ‘Atlantska inicijativa’ said that the primary goal is to incite women, who are above all members of civil society to become engaged in transforming the security sector from the aspect of gender equality.
According to her, the guideline was written for women who are not formally educated in the security field but are connected to it through their work in various institutions and NGOs.
