The Executive Board of the Football Association of BiH held a regular session, and on the planned agenda was the discussion on the election and the possible appointment of a new selector of the National football team of BiH.
However, the selector has not been selected and the Executive Board will decide on who will lead the Dragons in qualifiers for the European Championship at the next session.
The next session of the Executive Board will take place on November 29.
He noted that the Commission talked with a large number of candidates.
“There were some other candidates as well, but they mostly rejected our offer. At the end, we have Amar Osim and Meho Kodro as the only candidates, but maybe the third one will appear until the next session,” said Sofrenic.
Approval of 12 out of 15 members of the Executive Board is required for the appointment of the successor of Mehmed Bazdarevic.
However, it seems that the Executive Board will unanimously support the decision of the Commission at the next session, which will most likely propose only one final solution.
