Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić said that the indictments brought by the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina against the President of the Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik and acting Director of the Official Gazette of the RS, Miloš Lukić, “inappropriate and irresponsible indictments”.

“Everything that some have been silent about for 30 years, now is the time to deal with the Republika Srpska. I just wonder where you think this is leading you? How far do you think it will go? What do you expect to happen in the end? That the Republika Srpska agrees to self-destruction and self-abolition”, said Vucic for Radio Television of Serbia.

The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina filed a case against the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, after he signed the decree on the promulgation of the Law on Amendments to the Law on Promulgation of Laws and Other Regulations of the RS.

These are legal changes whereby the decisions of the Office of the High Representative are no longer published in this Bosnia and Herzegovina’s entity.

Lukić published that decree, as well as the one according to which the decisions of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina will no longer be applied on the territory of the Republika Srpska, in the Official Gazette of the RS.
