Foreign Trade Chamber of BiH, in partnership with USAID / Sweden FARMA II project, organized a business visit of companies from BiH to the International Fair of food and beverages “Gulfood” which will be held from 26 February until 02nd March 2017 in Dubai.
The business delegation of BiH is composed of representatives of seven BiH companies, namely: AKOVA group, EIN Natural Ltd. Sarajevo, ESOF Ltd. from Donji Vakuf, Halilovic Ltd. from Ilijas, dairy Kupres Milch Ltd. Kupres, Madi Ltd. Tešanj and dairy Orman Ltd. from Livno.
The aim of this visit is to support BH companies to achieve a direct contact with potential customers and to learn about the business opportunities offered to them in the market or the UAE.
Fair “Gulfood” is traditionally held for 25 years and represents an ideal place for export-oriented producers of food and beverages, equipment for hotels and food service providers who want to do business in the market of the Middle East and South Asia.
It is considered one of the largest food and beverage trade show in the world. In 2016 the fair presented their products to 5,000 exhibitors on approximately 120,000 m2 of exhibition space and was visited by approximately 100,000 visitors from 172 countries.
