Several Persons arrested for Counterfeit Money and PCR Tests for Covid 19

The Duty Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has coordinated the activities during which a large amount of counterfeit money, PCR tests for Covid 19 and other documents have been discovered in the search of a facility in the area of ​​Banja Luka.

Following the deprivation of liberty and the interrogation of the suspects, intensive investigative activities continue with the aim of determining all the circumstances of the committed criminal offence.

Given the danger of the Covid 19 pandemic, counterfeiting tests for this disease directly endangers the health of the population and poses a risk of spreading the infection.

The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, together with the Republika Srpska Ministry of the Interior and partner agencies and institutions, will conduct a detailed investigation in order to determine all the circumstances of the criminal offences committed.
