During April of the current year, members of the Police Administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Canton Sarajevo (CS) issued 39 misdemeanor tickets to drivers who improperly parked their vehicles in spaces designated for persons with disabilities, and 10 vehicles were towed for the same reason.

Compared to the previous month, the number of violations decreased by 106 or 272%.

In the past four months, police officers issued 640 misdemeanor tickets to irresponsible drivers for violations of Article 73, paragraph 1, item 12 of the Law on Road Traffic Safety on roads in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH).

Police officers will continue to carry out increased surveillance and control of the accessibility sign, that is, of parking in parking spaces marked for persons with disabilities.
