Shoes of BH Designer on the Exhibition near Louboutin, Dior and Prada

killer_shoesBH designer Tea Petrović is traveling to Brooklyn on the exhibition named Killer Heels: The Art of the High-Heeled Shoe,on which 160 artistically made shoes, from 17th century until nowadays, be available to see. The exhibition will be opened from 10th September until 15th February 2015.

BH designer will present her work under the name Wings/Variations II, which is chosen by the curator of exhibition, Lisa Small.

“Last year in July I got the call from Brooklyn museum to participate on the exhibition ‘Killer Heels: The Art of the High-Heeled Shoe’. This exhibition will encompass over 160 historical shoes, as well as modern shoes with high heels and will be allocated in 6 topics: Revival and Reinterpretation, Rising in the East, Glamour and Fetish, Architecture, Metamorphosis and Space Walk. It is my great honor that I can present in presence of great names such as Manolo Blahnik, Chanel, Christian Louboutin, Alexander McQueen, Prada, Vivienne Westwood etc.”, said Tea for Portal Modamo.info

Except the exhibition in Brooklyn museum, Tea will participate on two more exhibitions this year. At the end of May, the exhibition named ‘Bags and Shoes’ in Saarbrückenu, on which she will present her 5 works. Moreover, on 18th June, she participates on the exhibition ‘SHOEting Stars. Shoes in Art and design’ in museum Hundertwasser in Vienna, where she will present 3 works.
