SIPA arrived at the Main Center to count the Votes, there is a Suspicion of Election Fraud

Yesterday, members of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) and prosecutors of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) entered the main center to count the votes of the Central Election Commission (CEC), confirmed the spokesman of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, Boris Grubesic.

He pointed out that an investigation is being carried out and that the prosecutor will determine what will be done next. This was done by order of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH after a large number of falsified ballots were found, and due to suspicion of election fraud.

Moreover, the CEC filed a report yesterday to the state prosecutor’s office, because 37 falsified ballots for the election of the president and vice president of the Republika Srpska (RS) were found at two polling stations in Brcko District.

Two days ago, on October 24th, the CEC also filed a complaint to the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH regarding 36 falsified ballots for the election of the president and vice president of the RS from two polling stations in Bratunac and one polling station in Sekovici.

To recall, in the main counting center in Sarajevo’s Zetra Olympic Hall, according to the CEC’s decision, the votes for the president and vice president of the RS are counted again. Such a decision was made after the claims of the opposition’s candidate for entity president, Jelena Trivic (PDP), that there were irregularities in the elections.

The ruling candidate Milorad Dodik (SNSD) claims that there were no irregularities, that the recount is unacceptable to him, and that he is the winner of the election. After the counting at the polling stations, it turned out that Dodik was the winner. However, it will definitely be known after the counting in the main center, Klix.ba reports.
