The State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) is conducting certain checks within its jurisdiction against the high representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Christian Schmidt, SIPA spokeswoman Jelena Miovčić confirmed.
She pointed out to Fena news agency that she could not give more information about those actions at the moment.
Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik previously asked to find out who gave Schmidt a diplomatic passport, while BiH Security Minister Nenad Nešić demanded the names of his security.
