State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) police officers, acting on orders from the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the Sarajevo and Orasje areas, undertake activities to temporarily seize cases of three legal entities and three individuals.
They are suspected of “Tax evasion or fraud”, and police activities are being carried out on Wednesday and will continue tomorrow.
The above action was preceded by months of activity in documenting the crime by committed by two persons avoiding the payment of value-added tax (VAT) from 2010 to 2012.
On that occasion, the damage to the BiH budget was done in the amount of 1,417,791 BAM.
