By order of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, members of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) seized certain documentation from the Indirect Taxation Administration, in the headquarters building in Banja Luka, related to the case of Jelena Majstorović.

“The Directorate for Indirect Taxation fully supports the work of all law enforcement agencies in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as the work of judicial institutions, and is at the disposal of all the mentioned bodies in order to ensure the complete legality of the actions of every employee in the ITA”, announced the ITA BiH.

At the end of last year, SIPA arrested several persons, including Jelena Majstorović, the head of the Group for Prevention of Smuggling and Misdemeanors at the Regional Center of the ITA BiH in Banja Luka, who are suspected of the criminal offense of conspiracy to commit criminal offenses and the criminal offense of abuse of position or authority.
