In the Municipal Court of Živinice, after seven years, verdicts were handed down to six managers of the Dubrava Surface Mine of the Kreka Mine. It is a case of illegal coal mining in February 2015, when Edin Herić, Adel Šehić, Reuf Alibašić and Alem Dedić were killed.

As it was later determined by the investigation, even though they were not employees, they illegally took coal in order to resell it later.

The first-instance verdict of the Municipal Court of Živinica was pronounced against Suad Zonić, Sakib Muhtarević, Sakib Halilčević, Asim Brčaninović, Nedimo Šljivić and Mirad Delic for irregularities in their work, which resulted in the death of four young men.

The executives were found guilty of negligence, for which they were sentenced to a total of 15 years in prison.
