skenderijaCenter Skenderija plans to lease all the spaces in the commercial city in 2017, in order to give young people the opportunity to open a business and be the center that is at full capacity at the service of the citizens.

It was confirmed by director of the Center Amer Kapo, who added that for the next year are planned activities for adaptation to the market and emphasis on organizing six trade fairs, including the return of several trade fairs that have not been organized for years, in order to return the Sarajevo fair to the BH and regional scene.

Also, they will invest additional efforts to increase the number of cultural and sporting events in Center Skenderija.

Kapo said that they analyzed the current mode of enterprises in 2016, and realized that revenues are declining rapidly for a few years, thus they made adjustment in order to bring business people back in Skenderija and rent empty capacities.

He noted that the results of this way of doing business and adaptation to the market can be expected next year, so that their views on the current year when it comes to return of people in Skenderija is very positive.

However, they are still dissatisfied with the financial results, but, as previously stated, they expect improvement of financial results next year as well.
