Sky Sport has released a documentary about the life of Edin Dzeko, the star of the national football team of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BIH) and Roma, local media outlet Radiosarajevo reports.
The film premiered on Sky Sport’s prime time, and has since been made available to all viewers around the world on YouTube.
Roma released the complete documentary, lasting just over an hour, translated into English which will make it more accessible for global viewers.
The theme of the film is Dzeko’s difficult upbringing during the Bosnian war, his breakthrough into club football in Sarajevo, and how he came from such a situation to the epithet of one of the best strikers in the world.
Born on March 17, 1986, Dzeko is a forward for Serie A club Roma and the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team, and captains both teams.
