Tulips Production in Sarajevo Soon

tulipaniThe Deputy Mayor of Sarajevo Ranko Čović received today the representatives of Turkish company “Asyalale”, led by the manager Eike Jonsen.

This is the only company that is specialized in Turkey for the production of tulips, which supplies all the major cities in Turkey, but also Iran, Iraq, Azerbaijan, and other countries and companies engaged in landscape engineering and park spaces.

The representatives of “Asyalale” in Sarajevo, among other things, are aiming to achieve future cooperation with the Cantonal Public Company “Park“.

According to the Deputy Mayor Čović, the vision of the Sarajevo City is that the capital of B&H in future to have more green areas, and cooperation with the company “Asyalale” is the way to achieve this goal.

Director of the company “Park” Safet Baltić, who attended the reception, said that this company, despite the fact that offers a variety of products from its own production, yet the tulips are purchased from abroad.

“We hope that the cooperation with the company “Asyalale” will enable our city to start production of tulips and other flowers that we have bought so far”, said Baltić.

As the Deputy Mayor Čovič said, this form of cooperation between the cities of Sarajevo and Konja is something that certainly means to citizens, and through the project of tulips production, Sarajevo will not only be recognized as an Olympic city, a city of bridges, but also as the city of tulips, announced the Sarajevo City Administration.
