The reconstruction of the building of the“First elementary school in Srebrenica” will be finished by the start of the next academic year.
The municipality of Srebrenica prepared all documentation for this project and applied for donations while 290 000 Dollars were given by the EUCOM (The United Stated European Command) through the Department for collaboration in matters of defense at the USA embassy in Sarajevo.
The parts renewed are the roof, the floors in the classrooms, the façade, the gym, a part of the electric wiring and some other smaller interventions.
