State Investigation and Protection Agency arrested Two Persons for War Crimes

Sipa (source Tnt)Acting on the orders of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, police officers of the State Investigation and Protection (SIPA) this morning in the area of Bihac and Sarajevo arrested two persons for war crimes, announced news agency Patria.

Persons deprived of their liberty are M.J. (1968) and S.V. (1966) under suspicion of having committed a crime against humanity in the area of Livno in 1992, in relation to individual and command responsibility, and Article 29. KZ BiH complicity.

These persons will be detained at the police station SIPA and the criminal investigation will be done on them, after which they will be submitted to the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH for further treatment.
