The wind will weaken in the north during the morning, and in other areas by the middle of the day.
Today and tomorrow in Herzegovina, 80 to 120 liters of rain per square meter is expected, locally up to 150 liters of rain.
Due to heavy rainfall in a short period in Herzegovina, the occurrence and increase of torrential watercourses and problems with water runoff in urban areas are possible.
