Structural Dialogue on Justice Between BiH and the EU from 8-9 April in Brčko

pravosu?eThe fourth plenary session of the structured dialogue between BiH and the EU will be held today and tomorrow in Brčko.

“At the fourth meeting of the structured dialogue, the main topic will be the implementation national strategy for war crimes, adoption of certain laws that are based on the establishment of the Appellate Court at the state level, making amendments to the Law on the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (VSTV), construction of state prisons and special hospitals for Forensic Psychiatry Sokolac, and the drafting of the new strategy for reform of the justice sector’’, said the Assistant Minister of Justice of BiH Niko Grubešić for Fena agency.

According to him, the topics on the agenda are recommendations from the former meetings on structural dialogue.
