The steam line in „Dita“, detergents factory should be finished and put into operation by the end of this week, and already by the end of next week “Dita” powder detergents should be in sale.
Repair of the steam line cost 125,000 BAM, not including works done by Dita’s workers themselves on the field. It was agreed with the representatives of “Elektroprivreda BiH“ that the debt will be paid in the coming 24 months with regular production and steam consumption.
The production of liquid detergents is carried out undisturbed, even though placement and sales are not as at the beginning, which is expected, though. Currently the focus is on repairing machines necessary for packing powder detergents, and primarily detergents packed in carbon boxes will be put on the market, followed by those packed in plastic bags.
As the president of the Employees’ Union of this Tuzla factory Dževad Mehmedović highlighted, “Dita” proved it can work and produce high quality detergents. What is necessary in order for the company to stand on its feet completely and restore its old glow is a serious strategic partner, and this will be worked on in the coming period.
