The net realization of the BiH food company ‘’Vispak’’ d.d. in 2012 amounted to 28.799.965 KM, which is 21 percent higher than in 2011.
The reason for this positive outcome is due to the record number of coffee sold, new brands that entered the market, and an increase in the volume of exports and opening of new markets.
The selling of coffee in the last year amounted to 31.6 percent more than in 2011.
Quality and innovation from last year brought new products that can be labeled under ‘’Bosnian Cuisine”. Soups in 2012 were 6 percent more than in 2012.
‘’Real Bosnian coffee, ‘’Zlatna džezva’, is becoming more attractive with each passing day, both in the local and international markets. On the other hand, our innovation and creation of entirely new flavors and products under the program ‘’Bosnian Cuisine’’ manifested in quicker results than we had expected. We succeeded to break into a new and important market last year, such as the Turkish and Middle Eastern markets, where consumers recognized the quality of our brands. Our total exports increased last year in comparison to 2011 by 30 percent. We should not ignore the very notable performance, new promotional spots and strong support in the area of strategic communication’’, said the Director of ‘’Vispak’’ Rusmir Hrvić.
Hrvić further adds how in 2013 ‘’Vispak’’ plans to increase its production by 10 percent.
He sees the possibilities in increasing competitiveness, strengthening of the brand, innovation and export. In the last phase of preparation there are several products in the area of chocolate production, and further development of soups, spices, condiments and coffee.
The positive trend of the business will continue in 2013. In January of this year the net realization was 2.350.870,75 KM, which is 17.83 percent more in comparison to January of last year.
