Chairman of the BiH House of Representatives Božo Ljubić met in Sarajevo yesterday the non-resident Ambassador of Canada to BiH Tamara Guttman.
Ljubić thanked the assistance that Canada provides in the development of the democratic process in our country as well as contributing to the Steering Board of the Peace Implementation Council (PIC).
He expressed the belief that Ambassador Guttman would be a witness to the upcoming positive development in BiH, through the implementation of the ruling in the European Court of Human Rights in the case of “Sejdić-Finci”, as well as the fulfillment of conditions for BiH’s Euro Atlantic path.
Ambassador Guttman was particularly interested in the assessment of Ljubić on the effects of Croatia’s forthcoming EU accession will have on BiH.
According to the Chairman of the BiH House of Representatives, it is an adaptation process that would eventually move the country forward and have a positive impact on the economic advancement of our country.
