The Swedish Ambassador to BiH Bosse Hedberg will visit the Sarajevo Second Gymnasium tomorrow.
The reason for the visit is to lend support to the work of the students and the professors of the Second Gymnasium on the student exchange project “Steps Towards the European Path” between the Swedish city Vetlanda and Sarajevo.
From 22 February to 3 March students of this high school stayed in the Swedish city Vetlanda with three of their professors. During the trip, students kept a journal, and some parts that included their insights and experiences were published on the website of the school.
One of the main objectives of the exchange was environmental protection, and the visit was mainly focused on becoming familiar with the program and raising awareness of youth on the importance of protecting the environment.
Students visited the Center for Recycling, factory of prefabricated houses and the installation of wastewater treatment.
