tadic-belgijaB&H and Belgium are far from being able to take advantage of cooperation at an economic level. However, joint investments in construction that could be assessed as modest can serve as an example of good experience and openness of the B&H market for cooperation in a number of different areas.

This was pointed out at yesterday’s meeting of the Chairman of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of B&H Ognjen Tadić with the Head of the Diplomatic Office of the Embassy of Belgium in Sarajevo Jean Pierre Biebuyck.

They encouraged the importance of strengthening overall dialogue as a way to remedy the problem in B&H.

They expressed the hope that this spirit will rule at the upcoming B&H and EU meeting in Brussels scheduled for 1 October, and where progress is expected to be made on an agreement for the implementation of ‘’Sejdić-Finci’’.

‘’Tadić reiterated that the key prerequisites for a final solution is the cessation of insisting on a symmetrical solution for the elections to the B&H Presidency in the RS and in the FBiH, as well as focusing attention on respecting the rights of minorities in B&H, announced the Press Office of the B&H Parliamentary Assembly.
