Take a look at Beautiful Tarcin Forest Resort in nature!(Gallery + Video)

[wzslider autoplay=”true”] Not far from Tarcin, the construction of settlement Tarcin Forest Resort is taking place, in which will be invested 45 million EUR.

The first phase of construction of the complex Tarcin Forest Resort, which started in March this year, should be completed by the end of this construction season.

Tarcin Forest Resort is located on the hill Vilovac near Tarcin, on an area of 350,000 square meters and a distance of around 15 minutes from the airport.

The project envisages construction of the Wellness & Spa hotel on the area of 6000 square meters, 22 residential buildings with 176 housing units, 135 individual housing units of 150 square meters as well as other facilities for recreation in a natural environment.

Tarcin Forest Resort is designed in accordance with the natural environment, with the use of finishing materials in accordance with the environment. The project investor is TIDC – Tarcin International Development Company.

The project was done by architectural studio AHAKNAP, and the contractor is BUILD Ltd. Hadzici, which currently employs 50 workers on site. The company “Saraj inzinjering” is in charge for control.
