Three months ago, the construction of modern residential and business complex “Sarajevo Tower”  started in Sarajevo, and the video presentation of the planned interior of the building was released a few days ago.

Among others, it is planned for Sarajevo Tower to have a total of 26 floors and 3 underground floors for garages. A shopping center will be located on 3 floors, while 2 floors are planned for penthouse apartments, the 25th and 26th floor.

Sarajevo Tower, which will be located in Kolodvorska Street, will occupy an area of 76,000 square meters, and it will include 334 housing units and flexible system that provides the opportunity of repackaging units depending on the needs of the market. This building will include 507 parking spaces and 7,223 square meters of office space. The quality of materials that will be used for the construction of this facility, as investors claim, are in accordance with the strictest standards in the field of construction engineering.

Sarajevo Tower represents an investment of 100 million BAM, which ANS Drive from BiH will share with “Smart Invest” from Kuwait.

The building will have two entrances for citizens and a special road access from Kolodvorska Streets. The building will have 8 fast elevators that will climb and descent speed at 2.5 meters per second, as well as two freight elevators.
