Football Club Željezničar has confirmed that a meeting was held recently with Edin Džeko, one of the greatest figures in Bosnia and Herzegovina’s football history and the long-time captain of the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team.
According to the club from Grbavica, the talks focused on Željezničar’s long-term plans and strategic development, as well as the possibilities for future cooperation with Džeko. The details of the meeting have not been disclosed at this stage, but the club stated that the public will be informed in a timely and transparent manner about any future steps.
