oazaThe football team of “Oaza” won second place at the International competition for people with disabilities in Malmo, Sweden.

More then 2.500 athletes from the whole world, who competed in 14 sports, participated in the three day competition.

According to Executive Director Adisa Begović, the Association “Oaza” was the only representative of B&H in this competition.

“I have to say that due to the lack of funding this team barely managed to travel to Malmo, where they achieved significant results for the Association and for B&H”, said Begović.

For “Oaza” the following people competed: : Mersad Redžić, Rasim Bajrić, Darko Šolaja, Almin Bjelica, Alen Suljević and Kenan Topalović, accompanied by Armin Smajlović and Samir Halilović.
