Tegeltija, Pavlova spoke about Projects of European Investment Bank

Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina Zoran Tegeltija talked today via video link with the Vice President of the European Investment Bank (EIB) Ljiljana Pavlova about the projects underway, and about the strategic priorities of BiH and future activities of this financial organizations when it comes to supporting the implementation of projects under the new EU Investment Framework for the Western Balkans.

Tegeltija emphasized the importance of investing in the economy, in order to preserve the existing ones and enable the creation of new jobs, and pointed out the need to continue the implementation of infrastructure projects that are important for better connection of BiH with the rest of the region and Europe as a whole.

The interlocutors jointly emphasized the importance of previous investments in the health sector in BiH, which proved to be justified and necessary in the conditions of a pandemic.

Tegeltija thanked the representatives of the EIB for the cooperation so far, and expressed the expectation that the joint activities will be continued in the future.
