This year’s ninth international competition jumps from the waterfall on the Pliva river will take place on August 12.

This unique sports-tourism event is one of the most important tourism events in the country and has been attracting the best jumpers from the region for years, providing them with a challenging platform to showcase their skills.

The 21-meter-high waterfall is located in the very heart of the historic town of Jajce and offers a unique scenario for performing acrobatic jumps. This particular waterfall in Jajce is considered by many to be one of the most beautiful in Europe, but also in the world, the organizers said.

As they stated, the excitement and adrenaline atmosphere are only a part of what awaits the visitors of this popular sports and tourism event, and in addition to the jumps, the program will be enriched with entertainment and cultural content.

Jajce is an ideal location for holding jumps. In addition to the picturesque nature and historical ambience, the city offers numerous opportunities for active time spent, sightseeing and relaxation, the press release states.
