The agreement on cooperation between of Prosecutor’s Offices of BiH and Serbia concerning the prosecution of war criminals has been initialled and the activities about the date and place of signing of the agreement are ongoing.
With this agreement between the PO of BiH and PO for war crimes of Serbia concerning the prosecution of perpetrators of war crimes, crimes against the humanity and genocide, they envisioned the modalities of the exchange of evidence and information about war crimes.
