In Skelani, the 33rd anniversary of the martyrdom of 69 Serbs was marked, among whom two thirds were civilians from this and neighboring villages. 165 locals were wounded.
At the Central Monument, a memorial service was held for 305 people from that area, who died during the war.
To date, no one has been held accountable for the crimes in Skelani.
