The Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina has today transferred funds in accordance with the decision of the High Representative Christian Schmidt regarding the payment of the debt in the Viaduct arbitration dispute, the institution confirmed.
As a reminder, in a decision published on Thursday, July 17, Schmidt ordered that part of the settlement reserves from toll revenues, which have been blocked since 2018, be redirected to settle Viaduct’s claims. This settlement will be implemented using the assumed share of the Republika Srpska. The amount is 120 million BAM.
The Ministry of Finance and Treasury of BiH should make the payment.
