The Central Election Commission of BiH publishes the List of Participants in the 2026 General Elections

The Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CIK BiH) has published the list of registered political entities for the upcoming General Elections, which are scheduled for October 4.

In these elections, the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) will elect members of the Presidency of BiH, then representatives in the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, as well as representatives in the entity and cantonal assemblies. Voters in the entity of Republika Srpska (RS) will also have the opportunity to vote for the President of RS.

The deadline for registration of political entities expired on Friday, May 22, and the CIK BiH has now published the final list of parties and independent candidates that will participate in the elections. The list is available on the institution’s official website.

The official election campaign begins on September 4, while the elections will be held on October 4.
