National Assembly of RS considers Declaration on urgent Closure of OHR

The National Assembly of the Republika Srpska (NSRS) will today consider a declaration on the urgent closure of the Office of the High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina (OHR), which is a proposal by the Speaker of the Entity Parliament Nenad Stevandić.

The deputies will also have before them a proposal for a decision on accepting the debt of the Republika Srpska to the Saudi Fund for Development under the project “Construction and equipping of an additional facility for accommodating students in the Public Institution Student Center Boriša Starović Foča”.

The deputies are scheduled to discuss the proposal for a decision on accepting the debt of the Republika Srpska to the Saudi Fund for Development under the project “Construction and equipping of the Science and Technology Park of the Republika Srpska”, as well as a proposal for a decision on the development of a spatial plan for the special purpose area of ​​the National Park “Sutjeska”.

The deputies will also consider the report on the work of the RS Ministry of Interior for 2025, and the report on the work and financial report of the Republika Srpska Concessions Commission for 2025.

Also on the agenda are the annual report on the results of the activities of the Human Rights Ombudsman of BiH for 2025, information from the Audit Committee of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska from the thematic session on the performance audit report “Prevention of Peer Violence in Republika Srpska”.

The deputies will also consider information on the obligations that Bosnia and Herzegovina derives from the EU accession process with a review of measures and activities implemented during 2025, and information on pardon decisions in 2025.

The session is scheduled to continue at 10:00 a.m.
