From Wednesday, 15th July 2015, Sarajevo City Hall will work three hours longer, except from Mondays, the City Hall will be opened for visits every day from 10.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.

More than 60.000 citizens of Sarajevo and B&H, and tourists from all continents, visited the City Hall in the previous year, which became one of the most significant tourist attractions of Sarajevo. All visitors have an opportunity to visit the solemn aula, central staircase, gallery, two representative halls: Solemn hall and the Hall of the City of Sarajevo, and the City Hall Museum.

This symbol of Sarajevo and B&H was visited by numerous official delegations and honoured guests of the city and the state, and the last among them was the former US State Secretary, Madeleine Albright.

Due to the growing interest of citizens, wedding ceremonies and photographing couples with witnesses will be possible in the future when the marriage didn’t take place in the City Hall, of course, by the strict rules of the protocol.

Longer working hours and new facilities that will be offered, also increase the maintenance costs, thus there will be certain corrections in the price of the tickets for the City Hall, which will however stay much lower compared to the prices of visits to representative cultural and historical objects in the world, which include the Coty Hall as well.

Consequently, the ticket price for individual visits will be 5 BAM, for group visits (given that the group has to have more than 10 persons) 4 BAM per person, for students, pensioners and people with disabilities 3 BAM, and the prices for group visits of students, pensioners and people with disabilities will be 2 BAM. Children under six years will be free of charge.
