The Civil Protection Centar again warns of the Danger of Fire

Appeal on Fire Danger radiosarajevo.baThe Municipal Headquarters of the Civil Protection Centar Sarajevo again calls on the citizens not to start a fire on the picnic areas, in the gardens and other open spaces in the vicinity of the forest vegetation due to danger of larger scale fires that could endanger human lives and material goods.

“Special caution is required due to high temperatures of air, but also due to constant reductions of water in the city. The Civil Protection Staff of the Municipality Centar was informed, at its regular session led by the Chief of Staff Vahid Bećirević, on the activities of the Red Cross of the Municipality Centar in the year 2014 with special emphasis on the use of equipment that they have been given for training in first aid“, it was released from the Municipality Centar.

At the regular session of the Civil Protection of the Municipality, a report was adopted on the activities of the Volunteer Fire Department „Bjelave“ for the year 2014, within which a Service for protection against fire was founded.
